getting in shape doesn’t have to go all out, and kill themselves from exhaustion, and possibly developing some kind of injury from that. Another thing that I found interesting was that you do no have to do as many reps to achieve the workout you want to. I always knew that doing reps slower was better, but I didn’t know that after so many reps, they only have a minimal effect.
