Capital punishment is the legal infliction off death as a penalty for violating criminal law. In today’s world there is a lot of controversy over capital punishment. Two questions are being asked: Is capital punishment effective? And, is it morally right?
People who are in favour of capital punishment say that the criminals deserve, it is the only form of compensation to the victim’s family and it is for the safety of society.

conclusion, murder is a crime that involves taking the life of another. That act needs to be punished justly—not with a shortened sentence in an overly luxurious prison, but in an effective manner that gives society the message that it is living in a just world. If capital punishment is taken away we will not have an effective justice system and crimes against innocent citizens will continue. This is why Capital Punishment is necessary.
