The animals yearned for their perfect farm where they could run themselves and their work would be rewarded rather than be given more work. No free government would ever work without the say of the people. If the animals only maintained their power, they would have grown into and equal and productive farm. Everyone would have been happy and peaceful, but maybe there is no such thing. Somebody always has to spoil the fun sooner or later.
