She was the daughter of a Calvinist minister and she and her family was all devout Christians, her father being a preacher and her siblings following. …showed last 75 words of 1420 total…Her book was influential because it not only told her ideas, but because it states her ideas understandably, something not all writers are able to do. There were few flaws in her book. Oddly, she seemed biased. If I were to change part of the book, I would have let Tom survive. I would have kept St. Clare alive long enough to set Tom free.
