She never once surrendered her goodness or her husband’s into the hands of the bloodthirsty accusers and condemners. Elizabeth is a valiant warrior against the witch-hunt in Salem. She carries out a noble battle despite the lesser part of her character. Never betraying herself or her family, Elizabeth is victorious.
