…showed last 75 words of 481 total…we see that there are definite similarities in the values and attitudes of Tom Ripley and Dorian Gray. Tom admired others and didn’t like his own self image unless he pretended to be someone else. Dorian admired himself when he had the painting and was looked upon by others as the model human. The problems that these two characters have are dangerous psychological problems that both ended up sadly in death and murder.
