St. Ignatius created many principles and standards by which we Christians try to live by. Magis means “the more.” Ignatius always gave more of himself when he gave whatever money he had to poor people on streets, he gave people shelter, and always gave them food till they were satisfied. For these reasons, and many more, I think the Church holds St. Ignatius as a model for all people to follow.
