Instead of having to go out and purchasing supplements to be consumed for workouts at the gym, I can have them blended into what is considered a “Power Meal” Smoothie. There is a packet that is emptied into the blender that contains about half of the protein needed to be consumed on a daily diet, blended with my choice of one or more fruits.
