We can’t just blame and Aircraft Company or the Federal Aviation Administration for not making the appropriate changes. What we as pilots need to remember is what it says in FAR 91-3(a) The pilot in command of an aircraft is directly responsible for, and is the final authority as to, the operation of that aircraft.
