Conforming to society
Brings one fear and doubt
Am I really good enough? Do I stand a chance?
There is one answer that's for certain, and that
Is replacing this horror with perfection
I'm longing for acceptance into this world,
Which molds my perception
If you cut out my imperfections and make me
Part of this god forsaken race, then
Yes! I will conform.

struggles with the conformation of society. In the poem she does not committ suicide she is simply having plastic surgury. The casket is the operating table, and the undertaker is her surgeon. When nothing would work she conformed and molded herself into the image that society perceives as perfect.
