Network Support Technician Job Description: The network support technician maintains and supports the company’s Data/Voice network, which connects approximately 90 employees. Experience with network monitoring tools such as OpenView, NetHealth, CiscoWorks and network sniffer are preferred. • The employee must have the ability to become a system expert by reading documentation and probing vendors for product knowledge. • Strong project management, change management and documentation skills are also necessary.
