Ten subjects participated in a children’s block stacking exercise. The children’s age ranged from eighteen-months to six-years-old. Four of those subjects were male. Six subjects were female. All of the participants in the block stacking exercise performed extremely well, considering that the average four-year-old child is expected to stack only six blocks. The two-year-old subject stacked nine blocks and a three-year-old subject stacked all twelve blocks.
