In conclusion, ambitions are not always good. It can bring out the worse in people and blind them to the reality of things as they are. Ambitions will either bring the best out of a person or be the reason for a person’s downfall, depending on how a person approaches them. In Macbeth’s case, his overpowering, uncontrolled and desired ambitions led to his downfall and eventually his death.
