youth. As I stated before, the juvenile court system is too lenient; juveniles need to be in a tougher environment like the adult prisons to make them see the reality of life. I can agree that the death penalty is something that is questionable for juveniles, but when a juvenile is charged as an adult, any adult sentencing is appropriate relating to that crime. Just remember—when you do the crime, you do the time!
