How to Make a “Sock-It-To-Me” Cake
When I get a sweet tooth, I like something flavorful, yet not too sweet. I like something warm with a little texture. I like something rich that has a hint of butter flavor that really wakes up my taste buds and something that really satisfies my sweet craving. It’s at times like this that I have to have my Sock-It-To-Me cake!

I then began to fix the glaze by combining one cup of confectioners’ sugar or powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of milk. I then drizzled the glaze mixture over the cake which added the right touch of sweetness. This delicious delight is best when served with a good cold glass of milk but I didn’t bring you any.
