In the Federalist No. 51 by James Madison seems to be addressing the issue of separation of powers and the system of checks and balances. The first issue Madison tries to explain the need, purpose and justification for separation of powers for each branch of government. It is funny to see how their relevancy can be seen and felt here in the twenty- first century. James Madison was tough and bold to bring these issues into light, and try to add some sort of solution to these problems. His hand in history will always be engraved.
