conclusion that both titles side by side “Dulce Et Decorum Est / Pro Patria Mori” (both titles come from the same line by Horace) means “It is sweet and dutiful to die for one's country" does not lack merit. The pain of this poem it is true. This is something we believe the poet saw and actually experienced through his vivid moments. I think we all can know that we do not want to see war.
