of the planet could have been destroyed. I believe that the decision making procedures used by the Kennedy Adminstration during the Cuban Missile Crisis were highly effective. There decisions stopped the flow of arms to Cuba, lead to the removal of arms there, and avoided any warfare that could have resulted in the use of nuclear weapons. I don’t believe better decisions could have been made in such an imaginable period of American history.
