Some fairy tales change from generation to generation while others remain more or less the same for centuries. When examining adaptations of fairy tales you must look at the original source to see where the changes all began. This can be a very difficult task with fairy tales because we never really know

that they are all basically the same story with a few alterations to the original version almost 200 years ago. Walt Disney’s version most resembles the fairy tale that has been passed down through the generations, while “Ever After” was more modernized to appeal to today’s audience. There are many other versions of Cinderella and it!
