It is my belief that uncensored explicit compact disks should be sold only to people 18 and up. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) should also make recording companies manufacture censored compact disks for people 18 and under. In conclusion, I suggest that there be stricter guidelines put in place for what is broadcast on television and radio. But that’s just one guy’s opinion.
