During the course of my life there have been health choices that I’ve made that may affect my body and/or my health in the future. But by knowing my family’s history and those diseases that seem to be hereditary will be quite supportive in maintaining a long and healthy life. All said and soon to be done, my outlook physically, mentally, and maybe even a little bit spiritually for my life looks good very good to me.
