session has proven to me that my past three training programs have improved my water polo skills, speed and overall fitness levels immensely. I thought I would incorporate defending a partner into the program to give me practise for the final game of the term. I believe this program was a success and I look forward to seeing how much I actually have improved when I play the final game for the term on Friday.
