Our Bill of Rights has come from various sources, including the above mentioned, but sources can be found as far back as the Magna Carta. Don't take the Bill of Rights for granted, previous documents had many more problems with it, not to say at all the Bill of Rights doesn't have room for improvement. Our Bill of Rights may help to lead up to a more concise, fair document, later on.
